Please do not send us identity numbers, card details, or sensitive personal information unless we specifically need it and have explained why.

We usually collect information directly from you when you complete a form, contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, or provide details for a quote or order. We use it to:

• Respond to enquiries and prepare quotes.
• Confirm, produce, deliver, and support orders, including use of artwork you supply for the job you request.
• Send invoices, process payments, keep business records, and meet tax or other legal obligations.
• Maintain the security and performance of our website and improve our services.
• Send promotional messages where POPIA permits this and honour requests to opt out.

We process information where it is needed to take steps at your request or fulfil an order, meet a legal duty, pursue a lawful business interest, or where you have given consent. Supplying the contact and order details needed for a quote or purchase is voluntary, but without them we may be unable to respond or complete the order.

If you supply artwork or other information about someone else, please make sure you have the right to share it with us for the requested work.

4. Marketing

If you choose to receive marketing from us, we may contact you by email or WhatsApp. We may also contact existing customers about our own similar products or services where POPIA allows it. You can opt out of marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe method in the message or contacting us using the details below. Opting out of marketing will not stop necessary messages about a quote or order.

5. Who may receive your information

We share only what is reasonably needed with people who help us operate, such as website hosting and email providers, printers or production partners, payment providers, accountants, and couriers. We may also share information when required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell your personal information.

Some services we use may store or access information outside South Africa. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the transfer meets POPIA’s requirements for cross-border processing.

Links from our website to WhatsApp, social media, or other third-party sites are subject to those providers’ own privacy practices.

Our website may use essential cookies needed for it to work and, if enabled, analytics or advertising tools that help us understand visits or measure campaigns. 7. How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to deal with enquiries or orders, and to meet applicable legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete, destroy, or de-identify it where reasonably practicable. Production artwork may be retained for reorders only while there is a valid reason to keep it.

If we become aware of a security compromise affecting your personal information, we will provide any notifications required by POPIA.

Subject to POPIA and other applicable laws, you may ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access to it, ask us to correct or delete inaccurate or unlawfully held information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where our processing relies on consent. You may also object to direct marketing at any time. We may need to verify your identity before dealing with a request and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.
